Mill

We mill our grain into flour using the old world method of stone milling to grind the grains into flour slowly at a low temperature to produce superior quality products both for the home and the artisan baker.  This slow grinding process preserves all of the nutrient content in our grains and makes them easier to digest.

On our farm, crops are raised in a sustainable manner and are certified by "CNG" Certified Naturally Grown not for profit certification service run by organic farmers for organics farmers.
